Dr. Martin T. Newcomb received his DVM degree from Kansas State University. He
owned and operated his own veterinary practice in Lewisville, Texas for many years until
he and his wife Doreen moved to Custer County several years ago. Dr. Newcomb is
active in the Wet Mountain Rotary Club, and is an avid table tennis player.

Dr. Jill C. Lang received her DVM degree from the University of Georgia. She worked in a
large veterinary practice in Phoenix, Arizona for 9 years and more recently in the Salida
area. Her husband, Cott is a software engineer and she is the mother of four children,
Lucy 7, Mina 5, Phoebe 3, and Wyatt 1, who occupy her time when she is not working.
